I have a good exercise bike, so I initiated a new workout program for home.
I start with 60 minutes on the bike. Then I do a set of squats without weights, a set of “girls’ push-ups,” and then a set of abdominal crunches. Then I cycle through these until I get 4 sets.
After that I go to the Total Gym and finish out a “full body” workout.
After working out with the original Total Gym I realized how nice it is to workout at home. It saves time and hassle.
I’m 69 years old, so I don’t really need heavy weights and specialized equipment. I find the total gym allows me to get an excellent workout in the comfort of my own home.
After becoming acquainted with the Total Gym, I researched it online and learned they have new, upgraded models. After further study I decided the Fit would be an excellent choice for us and we ordered one.
I’m very impressed and happy with this model. You can watch good video reviews online to see just how sturdy, smooth, and easy it is to adjust from level to level.
Even though our original Total Gym works fine, the Fit model is a great improvement.
